Environmental Radiation Dosimeter Type ER 709 manufactured by NUCLEONIX SYSTEMS is exclusively designed to serve as a low level survey meter. It is an ideal choice for Environmental radiation monitoring and also for Geological prospecting for radioactive minerals. This unit employs microcontroller based design and has number of unique features. User can store upto 1000 readings and can recall back for visual indication on a dot matrix LCD display. This unit has preset alarm facility which can be set throughout the range of the instrument. This unit also has a built-in RS 232 port through which the stored data can be down loaded into PC. It is designed using a highly sensitive G.M. Detector and operates on 7.5V DC, dry cells. |
